Importing Uncompressed CD's is Duplicating Song Titles

This does not happen everytime but more and more I find the Import Songs in MC is duplicating the song titles so I have to go through the list and delete each duplicate song 1 by 1.

Any ideas of why this is happening and if there is a quicker way to fix?
