Problems with IPOD

I am experiencing major problems with transferring from Media 8 to the Ipod. When I click on Ipod and when I go to transfer, I get  "an invalid argument was encountered." Often it crashes everything. What is happening? I am not happy since I have paid. Pls advise

For connecting to iPod you should get Media Center 9.1.latest.
