Find this line in main.xml of the Pearl Bailey skin folder(line 101)
      <Colors Text="353535" Back="565961" DisabledBack="565961" DisabledText="939599" />
and change it to
      <Colors Text="353535" Back="e4e2e2" DisabledBack="565961" DisabledText="939599" />
or whatever color you wish

For the change to be reflected you will need to switch to another skin and then back to Pearl Bailey after saving the changes to main.xml.
