About size of "pre-printed disc labels"...(how to adapt format?)

I'd like to adapt my pre printed-cd labels (138mmx270mm) to the mj labeler but it is impossible. Will be in the future the possibility to have much formats?
Another little thing: in the track list it is so: -track name- BY (as separator) -artist-...well I can edit the tracks, I know, but the term "BY" is not "universal" (think about the countries that don't speak english. Bye!

We will add other formats in the future.

On the by problem, you can change how MJ names the file under options.
