I have all my FLAC files tagged using dbpoweramp which has multiple entries in the style tag seperated by semi-colons. MC 17 is set with the style field as a string which as far as I can see means it only sees the first entry in the style tag. In MC 17 can the style field be set to a list? This I hope would mean that when I filter by style, say surf, MC 17 would display all the entries with surf a a style and not just the entries that surf is the first entry in the style field.

In a panes view, add a new column of Type Expression, with the value:

  [Style]&datatype=[list]

There are other ways to view.  Describe what type of view, and how you want to use it, if the above isn't what you need.

I had the problem. I created a list type custom field and copied the data dbpoweramp put in [Style] into the custom field
