Useing fields in tagging

Hi all, I have just ripped some German audiobooks for my wife and they don't have the correct Name for the tracks.
How do I use library fields [Track #] to be able to rename them Track 01, Track 02 etc.

Pick them all. In-place edit the name column. Type:
=Track PadNumber([Track #], 2)
