Is it possible to copy a data cd to my local drive. And, can I burn an audio cd using music files on a data cd?

Not sure about that.

You'll need to copy them into MJ, convert them (assuming they're mp3's or similar) and then burn them. Don't forget that you may have lost quality by the time it gets onto your audio cd as you will have gone through, at least, one conversion and possibly more depending on where the tracks originated from. It may seem a long way round to drop them onto your HD and then burn, but you're more likely to get a clean burn this way instead of the possibility of buffering problems etc. that you may encounter going from cd to cd.

Good luck - Jim

Yes you can.I did it many times with 7.2 ,so it has to work with 8
Import the songs in MJ.Put the songs in the right window.Chose move©opy, chose the folder you want to use and click "copy"
A full cd takes sometime.Like when you use Windows to copy from one place to another one

Such small things like this one make the $25 sent to MJ money very much well spend
