For "JimH"
« on: April 27, 2002, 01:06:15 pm »

I was reading a news article from Cnet, Maybe you and your staff could talk to "Gateway" and intergrate MJ with the idea they are trying to field. Maybe like a package deal where they will install MJ basic on their syst for their new venture and the buyers could decide to purchase full version from there. Below is the link.

I just bought Gateway's Digital Music PC (500X, 2GHz with CDRW and DVD-ROM) that came bundled with MusicMatch and a 50pk of CD-Rs plus a book which I have not opened yet. I immediately uninstalled it and installed the latest build of MJ8. It would be great if Media Jukebox were bundled with Gateway machines. Possibly offer the trial or free version with the option to upgrade to MJ Plus from Gateway when ordering or from J River after the user experiences the trial version.
