Hi- I'm trying to rip a couple of new cds I bought by a wonderful young saxophone player, Grace Kelly and JRiver 18 running under win 7 won't do it. The message comes up "The output directory could not be created for one or more files. Please check the output directory in the ripping options". I have no idea what this means, what the "ripping options" or where they are... This cd ripped perfectly into itunes on a mac (another computer). Any help will be appreciated. As a further note, I have similar intermittent problems with JRiver 18- often garbles track order of rips etc. Thanks. -Howard
