As far as I know I may never have received any newsletters making me unaware that the upgrade to version 18 was available.
(However, I just now purchased a version 18 upgrade after discovering the "version 18" forum by accident)

Could you please verify now if I am on your newsletter list ? If I am not, then what do you and I need to do?

The forum
Downloads
Purchases

We also maintain a list of people who have asked to be removed.  Anyone who wants off can add their address to this "Do not mail" list here:

The most common reason that people don't receive the newsletter is that their ISP dumps it as SPAM.  AOL has done this in the past, for example.

Newsletters come from mediacenter at jriver.  You might be able to add this to a whitelist.

Thank you, when can I anticipate the next newsletter to be mailed?  e.g. Does the letter get released monthly?
