Fixed!  Now are you happy?   Actually, I didn't include my DVD (1500 DVD) collection.  Bluray is in (3) Sony 7000ES Bluray changers, but that is around 1000 Bluray's.  So, it is more like 1/3500.  .029%

My disc duplicator does it automatically actually, and rejects any bad burns and spits them out the front.
