Dual monitor problem Windows 8 RTM

I have two systems running Win8 RTM and MC17 and on neither of them can I drag MC17 from the main screen to the secondary one, has anybody else experienced this problem?

Well I've just stumbled across the solution to the problem myself and it is this: With MC17 displayed in a maximised (full screen) window on the main monitor  it will not move but if you half size it by clicking on the icon (top rh corner) it transfers across to the second monitor just fine! Doh!
