Default to English Audio Track?

Is there a way to set the default audio track for english/ENG?  So regardless of track order, it will initially play the English one...

Tools -> Options -> Video -> Default Audio

You might find it easier to use the Options search feature in cases like this. Typing 'Ctrl+O default au' would find this option.
