Onboard (Radeon HD 4250) vs Radeon HD5450

I am pretty happy with what I have on the onboard graphics, but I find myself with the opportunity to try a Radeon HD5450...will there be a difference?  Is it worth the hassle of putting it in?  I run basic HD TV, and stream ripped blu-rays/DVD's.
