Restore Problems

Well I went through the steps as that iare in your "Restore Page" and it didn't work. I'm stuck! First my registration code produced MC 17 version not 16. The install key was transferred to the new computer via e-mail but I don't think that works. Now what do I do? Help!!!!!!

Maybe the wrong version of the program?  Our wiki has a topic called "Restoring a License".
