Czech Radio ogg-flac stream

I can confirm that it doesn't work.

It's a little odd that the mime type returned is OGG, because that makes it tricky for us to get the right decoder since OGG and FLAC have different decoders.

I'll add this to our list, but it could be a while before we get a chance to make it work.
