Can't connect to Library FULL App ONLY

I have a strange problem.

I have a server setup, and I can connect from my android phone without a hitch, I can connect from the webGUI as well.

However, I can't connect from any other PC (I've tried 4 different PC's) through the Load Library (or add Library) from JRiver

All running JRiver 17 (latest updates settings)

I have around 5,700 songs.

So far I have tried to clear my library - after I cleared it completely - I was able to connect to it perfectly (strange right?) - but after I ran the auto-import, it just hangs and hangs from any other PC that tries to connect to it.

Thoughts?

I thought I would add, the tracks are all flac, and are sitting on a NAS, the PC music server is wired into the same router.

Antivirus software running?  Try disabling or configure with the appropriate exceptions so that MC has unfettered access.  AV products typically treat network activity differently than local activity.  You may need to configure exceptions for both the location of the media, and the MC programs themselves.

No av installed.  I did a full uninstall and put in 18 beta.  I got it to connect from another PC after about 15 minutes of the loading library screen, it takes 15 minutes on the LAN every time I open JRiver from my laptop.

Just to be sure, no Microsoft Security Essentials either?
