Import issue
« on: December 28, 2012, 05:21:07 pm »

Hi there,

using 18.0.103, I've got the following problem :

if I add a new directory to auto-import, I will get the pop-up upon completion that says that the new files have been imported to the library.

The problem is that I cannot find then at all.

Does anybody experience the same here ?

Help much appreciated !

What types of files are you importing?

If it's ISO files, they can appear under 'Data'.

Or could you have turned on Access Control to hide some files?

If it helps, you can create a Smartlist with no rules to show all your files.

Thanks Matt !

That did the trick. I had .iso and .avi.

What is strange though is that Media type is populated with "Unknown".

Maybe it is because I forgot to untick "Image" => JRiver might not have been able to define what king of media it has imported (as I had ticked Image, video and data).

Anyway, it's fixed, thanks again !

This piece of software is just amazing  ;)
And great support  also ! 8)

Cheers,
