Downloading cover art

I have a CD containing 2 albums: Rage On / Rebel Heart from Dan Seals. I'd like to split these up into the two albums, following the original titles and dates of each album, and download the original cover art for each album. Is there a way I can look up and download cover art for each of the original albums? This seems pretty simple, but I can't see how to do it.

If you tag the tracks that are on an individual album with the correct album name they will become there own album. Then right clicking that album you should be able to use the get cover art from internet option. You may have to adjust the track numbers also.
