In Manage Library Field, is there a way to duplicate the "Rating" field to create a second rating field?

My wife and I don't have identical tastes.  It would be nice to have one rating based on my likes and one on hers.

I have created several user fields to store information before.  But this second rating field, I would like to have the Stars and be on a 5 point scale too.  Basically identical to the original field, just with a modified name.

Star ratings should be there right next to the other options when you create a new field. So, yes. It should be easy to do. Just look around in the New Library field option page and poke around Report back if you need more guidance.
