Can not switch audio tracks playing BDMV structure

Config: MC 18074 (madvr, LAV for everything. bitstreamig audio using WASAPI).
 I play this BDMV structure https://dl.dropbox.com/u/43376972/Sample%20jriver%2019-11-12.zip,
using index playlist file. When I switch DTS HD MA -> PCM -> DTS HD MA tracks, I have no sound.
And do not see LAV audio filter in the list.

Somthing is wrong with filter graph building when swithing audio tracks?

I had this issue a few days ago with a Blu-ray. I was switching from PCM to the DTS-HD track and got no sound. I didn't have the Blu-ray imported into JRiver yet so I will try that and see if it then works. I had to stop and restart playback for the track change to take effect.
