Top 40 BD Music Videos - Do they Exist?

I'm after Top 40 Music Video Clips on BD but I don't think they exist and I'm not sure why.  Does anyone know of any sources?

eg.. Like the Cable Music Video channels but I just want to buy them without logos, cross overs etc and if possible on BD with lossless sound tracks....

A packaged product would require some kind of industry behind it (not even talking about the fact that most of the vids were not shot in HD till half a decade ago). The Internet has rendered the music video biz completely unfit for television, so that industry kind of went away.

It's on Youtube, or is not on Youtube. I miss them too, especially when MTV was MTV and not Jersey Shore TV.

I don't really get why this format does not seem to exist.  I can Top 40 Compilation Audio CD's and some of them have a "bonus" DVD with some of the music video clips.  The clips must exist or all the Pay TV Music Channels could not exist...
