Unable to restore MC 17

My MC 17 was unable to play flac files.....any file selected played for a few seconds and then stopped. This happened in direct sound or Kernel streaming vor a W-sS DAC 2. The system worked fine for a year - nothing changed. I restored the the program using a key. Same problem again. I then uninstalled previous versions MC 15 and MC 16 because sometimes an error message appeared "more than one program in use".

As re=and re-restoring did not hep - I finally uninstalled MC 17 to start from scratch. Now the computer does not restore the program. Where can I download?? My key is [edit]

Do I have to buy a new version of the program. The music files are all one a separate harddisk.
