MC18 Arabic subs not showing correctly

as shown in the picture the lettres are unattached.
i'm using the same font and script i was using with MC17 which was ok.

We switched to a new text engine in v18.  It's faster and cross-platform.

However, it does not currently have support for Arabic character joining.

We'll try to improve this in the future.

Coming in Media Center 18.0.91 (hopefully available next week):
NEW: Improved support for Arabic joining and bidi text layout in the font engine.

Testing and feedback appreciated.
