Move Media Center 16 to new PC

I am getting a new PC and recycling the old one.

How do I move Media Center to the new PC?

I don't want any newer versions if I can avoid it.  I don't need any more features from Media Center. There is nothing I want to do that ver 16 can't accomplish.
