Registration not restoring

I have a registration for MJ 6.0, which, as far as I know, should work with the latest version of MJ (7.2.x).  However, when I use Help|Restore License, the program says "License Restored", but Restore License is still available, Backup License still greyed out, and the program keeps nagging me to register.  Any thoughts?

Make sure it's called MediaJukebox6.rrg. If it is, send it to me (johnt@jriver.com) and I'll take a look at it.
