I'm not exactly sure on which version this started with but I now have duplicates for every dvd rip in my library. If I go through and remove the duplicates, after some time they show back up.

Here is the typical file structure in each movies folder:
VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS.IFO
VIDEO_TS.JPG
VIDEO_TS_ifo_JRSidecar.xml
VTS_01_0.BUP
VTS_01_0.IFO
VTS_01_1.VOB

Every one of my rips is similar to this and every one seems to have a duplicate. I'm guess it may be creating an entry for each ifo file but it has never done this before and I've had these same rips for a long time.

Also just noticed that the file path will show:
Y:\Movies\DVD's\American Gangster (2007)\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.dvd
