A very stupid question about "enabled/disabled" in MJ8

I LOVE the look of the new MJ8!

One question: which view of the little button-boxes is enabled and which is disabled? I was thinking it was disabled when it's black and enabled when it's white, but then I think "No, no, it's the other way around!" Maybe I'm just utterly confused now because of the other difficulties I've been having! Next Page
