WebRemote "View full Playing Now list"

Is there any way to configure the "View full Now Playing list" in WebRemote or Gizmo to highlight the currently playing song? This would be helpful on long playlists that are shuffled

The text of the currently playing song is highlighted compared to the other tracks, but perhaps it's not very noticeable on your device?  I can tell on my Samsung Note, but it's a subtle effect.
