How to enter the received Licence code

I licenced my copy of MJ|PLS| version 8.0 but when I wanted to enter my received ID, the system replies with invalid licence.  
By the way, I was offered to download a little .mjr file.  What is the meaning of this file.  I read about a floppy with a .rgg file but was never asked for this floppy.
Who can help me making my copy valid?  Thanks a lot!!

Check the options under Help for how to restore a license.  There may be some loose ends right now since this method is new with the latest build.

Do you have an "mjr" file on your system? If so, in MJ go to Help/Restore license, select "from file", then select the mjr file. Your license will be restored. If you can't find an mjr file, you should have received an email with a license "id" in it. Click on the restore link provided and cut and paste the id into that web page and you can get a new mjr file.
