I'm trying to manage my AK120 from a 64-bit Windows 8.1 platform. The AK120 has only one SanDisk 64GB card in its slot 2. I;m running FW 1.40.

When displaying subfolders of Music in Windows Explorer, I'm only able to see folders [hash tag] through [G]. How come I can't see folders [H] through [Z]?

Of, course, if I pull the microSD card and view it directly in Explorer, I see all of music files. Therefore there's something going on with the AK120 itself. And while I really like the device, iRiver's support is virtually non-existent. Forum traffic dedicated to the product most anywhere on the web seems to have stopped after May 2013.
