Long time user of J River.

Having a strange problem, and wanted to see if anyone has ever seen it or has any insight to offer.

After opening Media Center 17, I see it for a few seconds, then it just disapears. Happens even faster if I click on any part of the screen.

Have run uninstalls, deleted all registry entries, deleted all related folders, etc. Reboot. Reload latest build. Same thing.

One strange thing is that after the uninstall and clean up of the system, after the new install it says that my 30 day trial has expired. So there must be something still on the system. I am a registered user, and have mjr file and correct license code. I go ahead and install the license, and the same thing happens.

Computer is a newer Windows 7 machine, very fast, and no problems with any other software.

I'm sure it must be something on my system, but I don't have any idea of what else to try??

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Problem solved.

Somehow a Comcast protection software downloaded and installed yesterday.

Uninstalled the program and all is well.
