order of albums in "recent album" in MC18 different from "recent" in (web)gizmo

Hello
pleaze help.
Album order in MC18 is only correct if I change>Albums > to sortby> Date(newest first). How can I persuade Gizmo to follow this order?
2.) Is there a limit to the number of smartlists? I can only open a few? Or are there other limitations?

1. See the screen shot. Under Advanced select Customize views for Gizmo and WebGizmo... to get to the first dialog. To get to the second dialog select your view and then Album and hit the Edit... button.

2. I do not think there is a limit to how many smartlists you can create and invoke one at the time, but maybe I do not understand what you are asking.
