plug-in manager is dead

MC18 imported playlist and options except skin and font.
where is skin manager folks ? please do not moving around options ! you guys make me crazy whenever new version introduced !
Also plug-in manager is missing.
any idea?

Skin Manager is retired at the moment. You can read the great debate in this thread: http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=75072.0
Feel free to add your voice there. The squeakier anything is, the more chance it has of getting a little grease ;)

Plugin Manager moved in to options. Find it at: Tools > Options > Services
