We've reported sound declining. We've noticed a particular situation where is seems to occur most often.

Using Theater View; Guide for TV. If we switch OTA channels it sometimes appears to keep the last channel open or linked (it may or may not show in the PIP). If we go back and close the previous TV channel and open a new one the sound comes back up to normal. Perhaps, in this specific situation, MC is trying to process two channels and that affects sound?
