Using Gizmo to Control MC18
« on: January 28, 2013, 05:57:27 pm »

I am using Gizmo to play music remotely. What I would like is to select songs with Gizmo and have it build a playlist on the fly instead of starting the selected song right away. That way when there is a group of people here they can select songs using the tablet and it will queue them up.

Your post along with a 1000 other posts in this forum really show the need for a new more feature rich version of Gizmo.  Gizmo is the only way I control my media now. Too convenient and click compared to anything else.

I wouldn't mind one bit to pay for it either if it means them putting more time into it.

JRemote can do it, but of course it's an iOS application!

Yes which makes it useless to us. I will be damned that I bet a IOS device for this one or any number of reasons.

JRiver should pay someone to get Gizmo or something like it up to Jremotes standard and sell it on the play store.

Controlling JRiver this way is the best way to do it.
