Download cover art doesn't work

Whenever I try to download cover art, MJ just sits there. What's it doing? Where is it trying to get the cover art from? Does this feature work for anyone else? (I have no problem downloading CDDB info.)

Over 100 album covers downloaded here all works just fine, Had a few funny selections thr MJ so I just hunt thru amazon or the revelant Record company and get the right one.
