On right, down corner at this image:

is window which allows me to change volume, start and stop playing mp3 etc.
How can I turn on this window?

I think it's easy to do but i can't find it

See MJ>View>"mini-me"

mini-me doesnt look like this.
if i open mini-me, mega-me will hide. and there at this image are both media jukebox and this small window...

the skin that you want is Mini-Z, you can find that in this page

Thats because it is skinned. To select/change skins go to MJ (mega-me)>Settings>Skin Manager
