Hi,

For the last 20 or 30 builds or so, I've had the problem that when I use the space bar to pause or resume, the same popup that shows when hovering the mouse over the play/pause button appears on the screen where the mouse pointer is located. Moving the mouse gets rid of it, or waiting about 30 seconds or so.

Really annoying. If using MadVR Exclusive this forces the video into Windowed mode until the popup disappears.

Anyone have any idea how to solve this? Or is it just a bug that needs a fix?

It happens when switching back to MC18 after alt-tabbing to something else, and when switching to the next video in a playlist as well, and often the video can get stuck "on top" when this happens. http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=79112.msg537286#msg537286

I agree that it's very annoying.

I went into Folder Options in Explorer and turned off tooltips in Windows, and that seems to get rid of the problem, but that's just a workaround. I imagine there's people that want their Windows tooltips turned on, if using the computer for other things besides MC.

Thanks. Unfortunately I use the tooltips when browsing my film collection quite a lot so that won't work for me.

Well, it didn't work....I just restarted my computer, and the annoying popup is back. I go into Folder Options in Explorer again and enable and disable the tooltips again, and the popup is gone. EDIT: Popup not gone after all. So the workaround only worked once, computer restart broke it again.

So this is a serious bug...please have a look at it, developers!

I have exactly the same problem. I mentioned it a while back, but JRiver's reply was that they couldn't reproduce it. I do hope they fix it.

That's surprising, it happens every time here.

On my system it seems to come and go as it pleases. It's been like this for some time. I can't reproduce it at will either, I just have to wait till it reproduces itself from time to time. So I can see how it's hard to fix it...
