DSP Analyzer colors
« on: March 02, 2013, 06:59:29 am »

What do the colors (blue, orange, yellow) mean.  I've seen the blue disappear for tracks that I might assume are mono, so possibly blue & orange are left & right(?)  If so, what does yellow represent?  What does it mean to enable the analyzer?

My output is configurd for "source number of channels" ...

TIA  :)

There's currently no legend, although it would be a nice addition.

The highest line is the sum of all the other speakers.

Analyzer only runs when you're looking at it, and makes no changes to the audio.

"Sum", which I never considered, explains the yellow line.  Yes, a legend would be good when trying to figure out what's goin' on with 5.1
