I was wondering if it was possible to save a custom preset for video playback.

For example, 3DS footage is often presented like this, but the games often don't show any meaningful content on the lower screen.


Zooming in 300%, shifting the image down 50%, and left by 1%, gives you a nice fullscreen view of the top screen:


Is there any way to save this as a preset that can be quickly accessed via the right-click menu?
