album art problems

Hi folks im having a few problems with album art, all the music in my folder is in flac format, when i import from my folder into j river it
gets some artwork but not all albums have it, its not using the j peg with the music file, i thought i could find an album front cover photo
and cut and past it into the flac file and then import it and it would use the j peg but its not working can anyone help.
