if I want to remove Jukebox
« on: April 01, 2002, 01:38:27 pm »

Okay. I've selected uninstall made sure the registry entries box was checked and removed it...so I thought!!  I came back later only to find that when I put an audio CD in I get an error...access to path yada yada  denied"  I checked out the registry...and tada! its still there.  I'm unsure of how to edit this part of the registry without screwing up my CD roms.

Win2k pro.  AMD 1600|PLS|
Thanks in advance

A few things.

1. Why on earth would you want to uninstall Media Jukebox?!?

2. Your best bet is to open up the program you want to open Audio CD's with and tell it to associate itself with Audio CD's. If you can't do that for whatever reason...

3. Open up My Computer. Then go to Tools->Folder Options->File Types. Find "Audio CD" (.cda). Click Change and then tell it what program you want to open Audio CD's with. I can't get any more detailed than that because I'm not using Win2K.
