Deleting older versions from PC

My apologies if this is on here but my searches did not find it.
Can i safely delete the older MC versions on my PC?
I currently use MC18 but still show files on 16 and 17.
Can i just delete and be done with these or can that pose a problem?

You can delete them, but be forewarned, there are artwork directories that may contain items you currently use.  Check the MC appdata folders for this possibility.
