Yes it's a great product (nothing else even comes close) & I am going to fork out for Version 8, especially now that it's almost there ... But other than Version 8, will I be entitled to anything else e.g. Version 9 & if so where does it stop?

We haven't set a policy going forward. You can count on version 8.0. After that, we'll try to treat you well.

In the past, we've honored the previous license. For example, version 8.0 works with a version 7.0 license.

when i payed for MS Dos 3.2 i got 3.2, MS DOS 6.0 got Version 6

When I Paid For Windows 3.1 I Got Windows 3.1
When I Paid For Windows 95 I Got Windows 95
When I Paid For Windows 98 I Got Windows 98
When I Paid For Windows 98se I Got Windows 98se
When I Paid For Windows ME I Got Windows ME
When I Paid For Windows XP I Got Windows XP

I Don't think i have ever bought a software product that they also sent me the next version free.

they have however given me a discount on the next version (Upgrade) or a rebate
