Create another smartlist which randomly selects a single album, and modify this smartlist to include that smartlist.

like this?

-p=Hidden,Recycle,Bad [Last Played]=>4w ~mix=[Playlist]=Albums

I dont see much good results, when I scroll down the "Playing now" list, I dont see a Full Album in there, I guess it is also shuffled in "playing now"...how can I prevent that?

below is the random Albums smartlist wich does not include my mixed albums...

[Media Type]=[Audio] [Complete Album]=1 -[Grouping]=[Album /[Mixed/]],[Artist Compilation Series /[Mixed/]],[DJ Compilation /[Mixed/]],[DJ Compilation Series /[Mixed/]],[Various Compilation /[Mixed/]],[Various Compilation Series /[Mixed/]] ~n=1 ~a

I may have misunderstood.  Are you saying you want a smartlist full of tracks in random order, but also want an album or two in sequential order inserted somewhere in the sequence?
