freeze software
« on: May 09, 2013, 10:44:50 pm »

hi,

I installed the software, mainly to try to read a iso sacd.
playback even she did not pose problem but to change track or if I click stop, or if I decide to move to the song after or before, the software freezes, replacing the cursor mice by a circle spinning endlessly seen as "not responding" in windows process. to succeed to close the program, I have to kill the process and confirm the judgment of software.

I tried the following files:
- Iso sacd
- Flac 5.1 from a rip sacd in the question I re-encoded for foobar 2000
- Ac3 from a 5.1 flac from the iso sacd, I re-encoded using audacity
- Simple flac 2.0 from a standard cd
- Single mp3 from a standard CD.

Each time, same problem: software freezes at the same place.

the computer is 64 bit windows 7 pro. I already uninstalled, cleaned and reinstalled the software.

how to do more to fix the software? (ca is only JRiver which freezes, nothing else)

I do not speak English, I wrote my message in French which was then translate by software. Forgive the possible mistakes in translation. if you answer me in french, it will only be better for me, if not default in English and I translate.

PS: During the installation, there is provided a portable version. unfortunately impossible to create this portable version, that error messages! required to install completely!

Please work through this:
http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Audio_Setup

In particular, try WASAPI - Event Style.
