Tuning not working correctly

In the latest version (18.0.189) tuning is buggy.  Sometimes it changes the channel, sometimes it doesn't.  Sometimes it is the right channel, other times it is not.

I reverted back to a version I had on my desktop (18.0.78) and tuning is working perfectly again.

I have a Hauppauge and HDHomeRun tuner and both were having the same issues.
