Text Stamp in Edit image And ASS/SSA Sub are overlap in Thai

hi, I just found that text stamp in Edit image has a 'ำ' overlap with another char.
I used to post about this topic for ASS/SSA sub in http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=77949.0.
My OS win 8 64bit and jriver 18.0.195

Text in picture is "น้ำใส กำขำ" don't have meaning.

Can you help fix this problem?
