RAW Camera Images
« on: June 21, 2013, 02:42:51 am »

I am having trouble viewing Fuji raw RAF image files from my Fuji X10 camera, it seems they are not supported in JRiver V18. How do I get them working, is there a way to use a different RAW viewing engine? Thanks.

Raw Image Support is not the best in JRiver right now.
You can use Adobe Camera Raw to convert those to dng lossless. Then there is a codec that lets you use Windows built in Photo Viewer. Any corrections made by lightroom will also be shown.

Please report any problems in the thread that announces the build.

Thanks but I like to leave my images as RAWs and I will later edit them further in Lightroom. Will post in the appropriate thread too!

DNG Files are Raw Files.

Yeah I know, I should have said to leave them as RAF files. No point having too many versions of the same file. JRiver can display other RAW files such as CR2.
